We are a local, regional, and national community formed around the table — house gatherings, tent gatherings, and traditional buildings — discipling leaders toward a mature Ekklesia in the image of the Crucified and Risen Lord.
Our heart is to contend for the organism called the Church to recapture her inheritance of being sacred space where the Triune God abides. We believe personal growth and discipleship happen best within a community of believers — a spiritual family where every person discovers their identity in Christ and steps into their calling.
Through small-group meetings, worship, and seminars, each gathering is designed to encourage growth and unity in the body of Christ.

A lover of the Word and the Spirit, he has traveled across the United States and the nations equipping leaders and doing the work of evangelism, with a heart to see renewal, restoration, and reformation come to the body of Christ.
Wayland and Jeanette live in Arlington with their three children: Jaleesa, Michael, and Moriyah.
